As the first Microsoft partner in Poland and one of the first in Europe, we met all the requirements to obtain the highest possible GOLD level in the new Microsoft competency program – the GOLD Cloud Business Applications competency.

A Microsoft partner that is awarded with that competency must not only have customers who really use the deployed CRM solutions (not just buy licenses), but must fulfill other requirements:

• must employ 15 fully certified experts in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with the latest exams
• must employ 5 fully certified technical experts in Power Platform with the latest exams
• must prove user adoption of deployed cloud CRM systems (based on the number of monthly active users)
• must have significant sales to new customers with over $500 000 / 12 months
• must deploy cloud-native solutions

The meaning of GOLD Cloud Business Applications competency

Despite the fact that Netwise is Microsoft’s largest partner in the area of CRM systems and business applications in this part of Europe, it took us about half a year to meet all the requirements of the new competence at the GOLD level. Not only does license sales to new customers have to exceed $ 500,000 in the last 12 months, but for the first time in history, Microsoft is checking the real use of licenses by active users. Therefore, this competence is a real reflection of how customers use the systems implemented by Netwise in the cloud.

The old GOLD competency – Cloud CRM and Customer Relationship Management are now deprecated, so do not be fooled by companies that claim that “they have the GOLD CRM competency” – such competences are not available since October 2019! We also have them, but only the Cloud Business Applications is currently in effect.
