Netwise has been supporting Plus since 2010. First, a simple CRM for B2B management was introduced. Within 9 years, the CRM has become a crucial component in Plus’s sales, service and offering. Dynamics CRM was extended with many custom mechanisms built by Netwise, including a Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) solution built solely on Microsoft Dynamics CRM extended by custom Kendo UI.

IMPLEMENTED SOLUTION:

CRM deployment supports Key Account Management including sales pipeline, profit planning and technical project management (250 users), back-office operations for the sales process and sales operations and planning for independent dealers (420 users).
