On the last Thursday of every month, the whole Netwise team gathers to share experience and expertise in an informal setting. Team members often give presentations on technologies and solutions that interest them – whether or not they’re directly related to our work. We also use the opportunity to celebrate important events such as birthdays, marriages, births, and graduations.
We regularly organize formal training sessions, inviting recognized experts in various technical fields to come and share their knowledge and experience with our team. Previous training sessions have included meetings with a Microsoft MVP and a two-day seminar on React and Redux. Interview and skills test
There has to be a job interview sometime, right? Once we get that out of the way, we’ll spend some time testing your technical skills and know-how.
Second interview and details
If the skills test goes your way, we’ll invite you to a second interview. Then we’ll have to deal with the nitty gritty - salary negotiations.
Once that’s all out of the way, once the papers are signed, the i’s dotted and the t’s crossed, it’s time to get started! We’re sure you’ll quickly make yourself an invaluable member of the team.
